Your Finances Shouldn't Be This Complicated

Financial Services

Most business owners are leaving money on the table, through poor cash flow management, missed tax allowances, and financial decisions made on gut feeling. We fix that.

Why Financial Advisory

Stop Flying Blind With Your Business Finances

Here’s the reality, most businesses don’t fail because of a bad product. They fail because of cash flow problems they never saw coming. Late tax submissions, poor financial planning, and decisions made without proper data cost UK businesses thousands every year. We bring the clarity, structure, and expertise to make sure your finances work for you, not against you.

Know Your Numbers
Most business owners have no clear picture of where their money goes. We give you full financial visibility, real numbers, sharp insights, so you can always make decisions with confidence.
Stay Compliant
HMRC deadlines don't move. We handle your UK tax self assessment for individuals and limited companies, making sure you're always compliant, always on time, and never hit with unexpected penalties.
Improve Your Cash Flow
Poor cash flow kills more businesses than lack of profit. We identify the leaks, optimise your spending, and build a financial structure that keeps your business healthy, solvent, and growing.
Make Smarter Financial Decisions
Every business decision carries a financial consequence. We make sure you understand it before committing, so you invest in the right things and stop wasting money on the wrong ones.

Partnering with Rubixness on financial advisory transforms your numbers from a source of stress into your most powerful business tool giving you the clarity to act decisively and the confidence to grow without fear.

FAQs

Clarity for Your Financial Decisions

Financial questions rarely have one-size-fits-all answers. Here are the ones we get asked most answered clearly, without the jargon.

Who needs to file a UK self assessment tax return?
You need to file a self assessment if you're self-employed, a sole trader, a company director, or if you earned over £100,000 in a tax year. You may also need to file if you have income from rental properties, investments, or savings. If you're unsure whether you need to file, we'll tell you in our first conversation, for free.
What's the deadline for UK self assessment?
The paper tax return deadline is 31 October, and the online filing deadline is 31 January following the end of the tax year (5 April). Miss it, and HMRC will issue an automatic £100 penalty, even if you owe no tax. We track all your deadlines and make sure you're never caught out.
How can you help improve my business cash flow?
We start by mapping exactly where your money is going and where the timing gaps are. Then we work on optimising your invoicing cycles, managing payment terms with suppliers, identifying unnecessary outgoings, and building a forward cash flow forecast so you always know what's coming. Most clients see a noticeable improvement within the first 90 days.
Do you work with limited companies as well as sole traders?
Yes. We work with both sole traders, freelancers, partnerships, and limited companies. The requirements and tax obligations are different for each, and we're experienced in handling both. Whether you're a one-person business or a company with multiple directors, we'll handle your financial needs correctly and compliantly.
What makes Rubixness different from a traditional accountant?
Traditional accountants handle compliance they file your returns and move on. We go further. We use your financial data to inform your business strategy, identify growth opportunities, and make sure every financial decision is backed by insight. We're not just your accountant, we're your ongoing financial partner. You'll always know where you stand, what we're doing, and why.
